Why We Don’t Publish a Price List

Concrete pricing depends on too many things for a flat per-foot rate to be honest. Square footage, thickness, base prep and grading, reinforcement, finish, tear-out of existing concrete, drainage, access, and site conditions all move the number. A price list would either over-promise or overcharge.

So we do the next-best thing: we come measure the job, look at the sub-grade and drainage, recommend the right thickness and finish, and give you a written estimate. Free, no obligation, no pressure.

What Affects the Price

• Square footage — the total area being poured; per-foot cost usually comes down on bigger jobs
• Thickness — a 4″ residential slab costs less than a 5–6″ slab built for heavy vehicles
• Base prep — excavation, sub-grade compaction, gravel base, and grading
• Reinforcement — wire mesh or rebar sized to the load
• Finish — broom is standard; smooth, exposed aggregate, and especially stamped and colored cost more
• Tear-out of existing — removing and hauling away old concrete is a line item
• Drainage & grading — slope work, French drains, or downspout tie-ins where needed
• Retaining or edge work — footings, thickened edges, or a retaining wall as part of the scope
• Access & site conditions — tight access, long pumps, and difficult grade add labor

What to Expect From an Estimate

1. You call or message us. Tell us the address, the rough size, and what kind of concrete work you’re thinking about.
2. We come measure. We look at the area, the sub-grade, and how water moves across the site.
3. We recommend the details. Thickness, reinforcement, finish, and any base or drainage work — sometimes different from what you first asked for, if it’ll work better or cost less.
4. We give a written estimate. All line items: square footage, thickness, base prep, reinforcement, finish, tear-out, drainage — totaled.
5. You decide. No pressure either way.
6. We schedule the pour. With a timeline that accounts for base prep and curing.

How We Handle Payment

For typical residential jobs, a portion at scheduling and the balance on completion. For smaller repairs, payment on completion. Commercial accounts can run on net-30 invoicing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Repair or Replace — We’ll Be Honest

Not every slab needs to be torn out. When crack repair, leveling, or resurfacing will genuinely last, we’ll tell you — even though replacement is the bigger ticket. That honesty is how we earn the next call.
